New Therapy!!! TDP Heat Lamp
Our TDP lamp is an award-winning design, utilised successfully by many physical therapists, chiropractors and other healthcare practitioners for nearly two decades. TDP is an acronym for ‘Teding Diancibo Pu’, which translated means ‘special electromagnetic spectrum’. In China, Korea and Norway, nearly 200 hospitals and universities have conducted extensive research on the benefits of TDP Mineral Lamp therapy.
TDP lamps work by projecting a narrow band of infrared rays that are specifically suited to subsurface penetration of the problem areas of the human body. It promotes localised warmth and comfort, as well as deep thermal penetration. Infrared treatment via TDP lamp therapy has been proven to promote blood circulation, improve microcirculation and promote tissue growth.
The TDP healing lamp can be used to warm topical areas for surface distress, but also the lamp penetrates the skin helping to temporarily relieve muscle spasm, sprains and strains, and minor muscular back pain.

Benefits of Massage:
- Enhances relaxation
- Reduces pain
- Improves mobility and joint flexibility
- Improves circulation
- Maintains muscle balance
- Stimulates nerve rehabilitation
- Reduces scar tissue & adhesions
- Aids repair and cellular recovery
Massage improves blood and lymph circulation throughout the body, via the stimulation of soft tissue. Toxins and waste products are more easily eliminated, which in turn, allows nutrients and essential gases to be absorbed by cells in the body more easily. This aids repair and recovery and in turn prevents illness and muscle stress. By easing muscle tension, massage also eases stress on the nervous system and encourages relaxation.
Are you TIRED, SORE, UNWELL OR STRESSED OUT?
The power of bodywork cannot be denied to alleviate these common conditions. Regardless of the reasons we seek it out, massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen.
Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally that high stress.

The Benefits Of Massage
What exactly are the benefits of receiving massage or bodywork treatments? Useful for all of the conditions listed below and more, massage can:
- Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
- Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays.
- Ease medication dependence.
- Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body’s natural defense system.
- Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
- Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
- Improve the condition of the body’s largest organ—the skin.
- Increase joint flexibility.
- Lessen depression and anxiety.
- Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
- Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
- Reduce postsurgery adhesions and swelling.
- Reduce spasms and cramping.
- Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles.
- Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body’s natural painkiller.
Massage assists with many health issues such as:
Stress Headaches - Loosening neck, shoulder and scalp muscles and their attachments, relieves stress headaches. By reducing muscle tension, especially in the neck and reducing the tension associated with musculoskeletal Sports Injuries / Preventative Maintenance disorders, massage can decrease the recurrence of migraines.
Massage creates a localised increase in pressure, which helps with the removal of muscle waste like lactic acid. Lactic acid builds up in muscles during and immediately after strenuous exercise - limiting the recovery of muscles and their effectiveness. Additionally, massage stretches other tissues that cannot be reached by alternative methods. A regular massage is insurance against injury.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
How Can Reiki Help Me?
People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their well-being; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injuries or surgery.
Reiki is a good integrative therapy to try because people generally start feeling better very quickly with Reiki. As anxiety and pain lessen, and people feel hopeful about regaining their health, they feel more able to incorporate other needed health interventions or make needed lifestyle changes. Reiki therapy often clears the mind, enabling patients to better evaluate the sometimes conflicting medical information being offered by various specialists, so they can make important treatment decisions with greater confidence. In this way, Reiki can help people become more actively involved in their own health.
