Mind and Body Focus
Hi, i'm Rita Cattivera and I've been involved in the health & fitness industries for over 20 years. I have a passion for learning, testing and providing the most beneficial and proven health and wellbeing solutions for my clients.
Mind & Body - with ChiBall™
This class will include combinations of TaiChi/Self healing with Qigong, Rhythmic/Chakra/Bollywood Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Relaxation and Meditation. A Chiball™ is used as a prop and a massage tool incorporated into various sections of class.
Relaxation / Meditation
Breathing and Relaxation will include gentle idea on how to meditate. Enjoy and let go to an hour of pure peace and relaxation with the sounds of crystal/Tibetan healing bowls...
Abs, Tone & Stretch
Mind & Body Focus introduces a class that will include an overall total body workout focusing on strengthening the body using light weights and Pilates core movements. Each class will finish off with stretching using the ChiBall and relaxation to create balance and harmony in the body. Feel toned, energized and balanced when you leave.
