About Me“My name is Tim Glico, founder of Mind Body Soul Mastery. Since I was young I had a keen interest in the human body, the power of the mind & the mystery & wonders of spirituality. I was fascinated by the mechanics of how things worked, how disease & injury was created & what you could do to not only heal it, but also how to keep it in peak physical condition. I became a seeker of knowledge & learnt as much as I could about the mind, body & soul.
On my path I came across many obstacles, many different conditions, but I guess the worst or most debilitating was depression. I didn’t completely understand why I was feeling the way I did, all I knew is that I wanted to feel better, I wanted to feel like me again. Then, in my late teens I started venturing into various self-help books/seminars & started studying a range of transformational / spiritual / healing arts. The stuff I learnt was simply amazing & I couldn’t believe the speed in the results I was getting. Stuff that I had carried my entire life was being released, stuff I didn’t even know existed.
Through the many courses & books I studied, I learnt about the power of the mind & how your thoughts create your reality & how they affect not just your mental & emotional, but also your physical health. I also learnt about the spiritual aspects of self, the missing piece of the puzzle. I began to understand the interconnectedness of everything, not just mind, body & soul but of all beings of the universe & how they each play an important part in the Divine Plan. The experiences I gained was not only eye opening, but also life changing.
I have dedicated my life to the mastery & integration of the physical, psychological & spiritual aspects of self. It is my passion & has led me to a state of inner peace, joy, happiness & optimal health & vitality.
