Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage deals with bodily pain and discomfort. Remedial massage uses a range of techniques, such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release, to address pain associated with injury and disease, and problems such as postural alignment and scar tissue.

Cupping
Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves the placement of glass suction cups onto the body. This suction creates a drawing effect which, in turn, promotes local blood circulation, stretches the underlying skin and fascia, and helps to reduce muscular and trigger point pain.
It can be used as either a stand alone treatment, or within a deep tissue massage treatment, to effectively treat musculoskeletal conditions including; tightness, tension, or pain, especially within the back, neck, and shoulders.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
MLD is a very specific technique that stimulates the bodies lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the bodies first line in defence against disease and infection; it transports metabolic waste, excess fluid, toxins, and bacteria, out of the body.
An MLD involves light mechanical stretching of the connective tissue. This moves the lymphatic fluid under the skin towards the lymphatic nodes, where the fluid is filtered. An MLD is great for detoxification, reducing oedemas due to injury or lymphedema and is great for pre and post surgery. An MLD will also improve the bodies immune system, and, according to research conducted by Bruno Chikly the body will produce 30% more immuno competent cells post MLD treatment.
