Over thousands of years, our ancient ancestors all over the world developed ways of working with soul, ways of communicating with spirit and ways to heal through connecting to nature. The powerful healing systems they developed are referred to as Shamanism, a term which comes from the Siberian tribal word for its practitioners – Shaman.
Shamanism is like tapping into a vast reservoir of ancient timeless knowledge which can be practiced anywhere under any conditions. It helps us to develop the best in ourselves, to improve the quality of how we relate to each other and to the earth and gives us tools for dealing with the challenges and difficulties of life. Shamanism is especially powerful in healing the effects of past traumas and shows us how to live in balance and harmony with the earth, with others and with ourselves.
Central to the practice of Shamanism is the understanding that we are not seperate from the natural world. Our bodies are made up of the natural elements we see around us and we are an intrinsic part of the world ecosystem. This holistic view allows us to open to the wisdom of nature, to observe our own behaviour and to reclaim our own instinctual and authentic self.
The original meaning of the word Shaman is “she/he who can see in the dark”. Here the word “dark” is not literal but spiritual. It refers to our ability to explore the inner workings of our own psyche. A Shaman is one who can safely negotiate the inner worlds to recover wisdom, bring back psychic medicine, and to retrieve lost and damaged aspects of soul.
Shamanism considers spiritual development to be the most important work we can accomplish. My study of Shamanism spans 15 years and I am honoured to present to you this work.
Shamanic Medicine
Soul Retrieval & Extraction
In Shamanic Medicine, damage to the self is identified as Soul Loss. When we suffer trauma, emotional crisis or significant stress, we suffer soul loss. Everytime we compromise our own truth or are unable to stand our own ground, we lose pieces of soul, fragments of self. When we enter into emotional bartering “I’ll do this for you if you so that for me”, we unconsciously trade off our soul pieces.
Soul theft occurs through violence, rape and abuse including mental and emotional abuse. Have you ever heard the expression “s/he tore strips off me”? That is precisely what has happened. Attacking another, even verbally, can rob them of vital soul energy.
Many people suffer soul loss when caring for a sick or dying loved one, often giving too much of themselves in order to keep the other alive, and in co-dependent relationships there is so much soul swapping going on that its hard to tell who is who anymore. When someone insists “I can’t live without him/her” they are probably right, because they have given up so much of themselves to make the relationship “work” that they can’t stand on their own two feet anymore.
Children are especially vulnerable to soul loss, as the ego is not fully developed until adulthood. The ego serves to protect us, to give us boundaries so that we know where we start and the rest of the world stops. The ego ensures that we get what we need and defines what is our responsibility and what is not. When there is crisis in the family, children often think that it is their fault and the resulting guilt and self-blame severs vital soul energy.
There isn’t a person walking the earth who hasn’t suffered some soul loss. Just an experience of disappointment, failure or embarrassment can be enough to make us shrink into ourselves, close off our true feeling and harden our hearts to protect ourselves from further hurt.
Our response to soul loss is to reach for band-aids. We fill the gap with whatever energy is close at hand; for example food, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, other people’s energy, extreme sports, dangerous activities or escapism like movies, romantic fantasy, daydreaming, sleeping, procrastinating and staring into space.
The symptoms of soul loss are many and range from the extremes of depression, suicide, lack of motivation, cynicism, egotism, paranoia and aggression to the subtlety of tiredness, loss of libido, difficulties in relationships, neediness, inability to carry ideas through to completion, dissatisfaction with life, emptiness or a feeling that something is missing, just something……
The purpose of Shamanic Medicine is to retrieve the lost fragments of soul. It is by calling back the missing or damaged soul pieces that we can be made whole again, and it doesn’t matter when or where the soul loss has occurred or even whether we can remember the injury.
In a Shamanic Medicine Healing Session I will extract any unwanted energy which may be “band-aiding” the injury and retrieve any soul fragments that are ready to return. For most people the first two or three soul retrievals they experience are the most significant and create the most dramatic change.
Soul Retrievals can be repeated as often as you wish but I advise allowing several weeks between sessions for the healing to integrate.

From the Shamanic perspective we are multi-dimensional beings, intimately connected to all of life including the animals, plants, water, earth, our ancestors, the stars and the worlds beyond. We learn about ourselves by observing our environment, by understanding the ways of nature.
It is understood that the earthwalk of a human can be challenging, and that at times we may need spiritual assistance. Our primary helper is our Power Animal.
Your Power Animal is the one that best represents your talents and abilities. Your Power Animal reflects your greatest gifts and shows you the way in which you do things. Power Animal is the animal we are most like, and most people respond “ohhhh, of course!” when their Power Animal is discovered.
Power Animal’s most important gift is to heal and protect your inner child, and provide the energy to transform woundedness into power. You may have many animal totems or guides who will journey with you at different times but your Power Animal is your strongest ally and is with you for life. It is important to remember that the most powerful ally might not be the most glamourous one, and that your Power Animal might just be an insect!
In a Shamanic Medicine Healing Session the first thing that I will do is journey to discover your Power Animal. This in itself initates a process of healing as this dormant power is awakened.

For those who have already had contact with their Power Animal, I would like to introduce you to a Plant Spirit. The plant kingdom is usually more subtle in its contact but extremely powerful and I have learned much from plants and trees. If you had a strong connection to nature as a child, climbing trees for example, then you will benefit greatly from a personal Plant Spirit connection.
Past Life & Entity Clearance
It is the law of nature that everything is recycled and it is a scientific truth that energy is never lost, only transformed. We are born from the earth and our bodies return to the earth to be recycled. So too our soul energy is returned to Source to be transformed and reborn.
Soul fabric carries energetic imprints and memories from past lives can be disruptive in this life. Particularly traumatic or stressful experiences can leave a strong imprint and may be carried for many lifetimes. In some cultures this is referred to as karma.
Energy is life, and an intense unresolved situation has a life of its own. Since nature seeks to balance, unresolved patterns will continue to repeat until they find resolution, and every time we react to an unpleasant situation we feed it more emotional energy and so it continues to grow.
That is why you can often become stuck in unproductive behaviour or disruptive relationships as these unresolved issues repeat in your life. Even when you become aware of the pattern repeating, you may not be able to change it through conscious effort alone.
We tend to blame ourselves for our mistakes “I knew s/he wasn’t any good for me”, “I should have seen that coming” etc but past life imprints can be strong and can pull us with great power. When you feel pulled into a person, an addiction or situation that you know doesn’t make any sense, you can be sure that there are past life issues at work.
We can also be affected by the memories of cultural traumas like wars, witch-burning, invasion and genocide which are held in the collective human psyche. These experiences often cause irrational fears and over-reactions in situations which trigger those memories.
In a Shamanic Medicine Sesson it is common for past life, collective and archetypal issues to be resolved and they can easily be cleared across all lifetimes and all dimensions. Through our interconnectedness our own healing contributes to the healing of our family, our culture and the world psyche. I also have experience in removing curses and hexes.
Entities are thought-forms which interrupt our mental state and energy beings which feed off our energy field. Have you ever had a thought and wondered “where did that come from?” Many of the thoughts and feelings that we experience are not authentically ours. They can be picked up from others or from the collective human psyche and when they become lodged in our energy field they become an Entity. An Entity is like a parasite. Our bodies naturally carry parasites, and so do our minds. When we are in balance our internal ecosystem is harmonious. When we are out of balance our energetic system is vulnerable and we can attract a lot of “hangers on”.
Entities are responsible for a lot of negative thinking and feeling and can make you extremely tired. In a Shamanic Medicine Sesson I will clear any Entities which are disrupting your energy field and return them to Source. Most people notice a significant shift after having Entities cleared and find that they have more energy, clearer thinking, more peace and space to be themselves.
Initiation & Soul Evolution
In traditional and tribal culture initiation and rites of passage are an essential part of life and serve to honour and support life’s transitions. Through them we learn the value of moving from one stage of life to the next, from childhood to adulthood, for example. This allows us to move forward spiritually and psychologically, provides us with a blueprint for internal growth and gives us the freedom to let go of the past and move on with our lives.
Today our modern culture has diluted or disregarded the importance of initiations and often what were once significant rites of passage have become just another excuse to get drunk or perhaps a token guesture to the “oldies”. How many people today really understand the symbolic meaning of the Key given at 21 years of age? And how many young women really experience their first menstruation as an honouring of the death of their childhood and the birthing of womanhood? For many it is just considered an inconvenience or a burden, and pushed to the side. Due to family difficulties some children are not fully welcomed at their birth and later, as adults, can struggle to find their place in the world.
Incomplete inititation keeps us stuck, unable to fully embrace new stages of growth and often unwilling to accept the new responsibilities that life offers us. It is not uncommon to become so deeply involved in our current process or so busy with the life that we are living that we forget to stand back and see the bigger picture, and we may miss the signals of our soul urging us to move on.
Through Shamanic Medicine we are given the opportunity to resolve incomplete transitions or initiations, we are given room to grow and the freedom to move forward. In a Shamanic Medicine Session it is common for rites of passage to complete of their own volition, as soul has been waiting for the opportunity to heal.

I will perform your session within a few days and email you feedback about the session. Many people can feel the energy of the session as it happens, and you might like to take some time out to receive, lie down or relax.
When I perform Distance Sessions, I program the healing to arrive at a time that is convenient for you so that you do not experience any imbalances during your working day, for example.
In a full Shamanic Medicine Session I will journey to discover your Power Animal, extract any unwanted energy you may be carrying and retrieve the Soul Fragments which are ready to return. If there are Past Life Imprints or Entities to be cleared I will remove these as well.

Energy Healing
Soul Weaving
Soul Weaving Energy Healing is my own system of working with my hands through the many layers of the auric field which surround our physical bodies, and has been developed over several years of hands-on experience.
In 2003 I experienced a profound opening of my crown chakra accompanied by a new level of awareness - in particular, a sudden realization and understanding of what I call “The Big Picture”, or multi-dimensional reality. My awareness had opened to higher levels of consciousnes and from these dimensions came a new kind of energy healing.
When facilitating Soul Weaving Energy Healing, I allow the energy to move my hands in patterns and figures through the auric field. The movements are directed by the energy itself and there are movements which facilitate clearing, movements which open up new channels of information and movements which bind or integrate, to name just a few.
During a session each of the chakras will be cleared, strengthened and balanced with new light, energy and information brought into the auric field. Soul Weaving works multi-dimensionally, clearing blockages and healing seperation on all levels. Past life experiences and karmic issues can also be resolved with clients reporting that they feel lighter, clearer and more present after a session.
I chose the name Soul Weaving after a comment from one of my first clients (a Reiki Master) who said, “I feel like you are putting my soul back in my body, and I’ve never felt myself in this kind of way before.”
Soul Weaving is a multi-dimensional system of energy healing which stimulates change and growth on all levels. I recommend 3-5 weekly or fortnightly sessions so that the energy can integrate through the many layers of the auric field. The first session usually initiates a lot of clearing and changes begin to occur. With subsequent sessions the energy deepens, as new information is integrated and awareness is strengthened.

Reiki – Usui System
Reiki is one of the oldest and best known systems of hands-on energy healing, first used by the Tibetan Buddhist monks thousands of years ago and re-discovered in the 1800′s by Dr Mikao Usui. The Usui system of Reiki is a very simple but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received by anyone.
The name Reiki is Japanese in origin and is loosely translated to mean “Rei – Unversal or Godforce”, “Ki – (like Chi, Prana, Mana) life force energy. So Reiki is a universal healing energy which flows both from the Godforce or Higher Consciousness, and from the earthly Lifeforce, Breath, Bread of Life.
Reiki has three levels of study with three seperate initiations or attunements which attune the practitioner’s energetic system to the specific frequencies of Reiki. This creates a clear channel through which the Reiki energy can flow as well as initiating a process of growth and transformation for the initiate. Many people experience a detoxification process after receiving a Reiki attunement and suddenly give up smoking, drinking or other unhealthy habits.
What makes Reiki distinctly different from other hands-on healing modalities is the use of ancient symbols. There are five traditional Reiki symbols which carry the power of an ancient lineage. These symbols carry instructions for healing which are recognised in the body and energetic field. They are like a sacred code, a language which was designed to bridge cultural and historic barriers.
Reiki was one of the first healing modalities that I learned in 1995 and each of the three attunements has come at a significant time in my life, giving me an extra boost forward in my personal development and spiritual path. Therefore I will always recommend Reiki as one of the most simple yet potentially powerful practices you can invite into your life.
Reiki healing sessions are a reliable way to “recharge your batteries”, relax and receive the universal healing energy that sustains all of life. Reiki heals on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels, clears energetic blockages and restores balance. Reiki is supportive, nurturing and empowering.

Bars – Access Consciousness
Bars is a form of energy work developed by Gary Douglas, founder of Access Consciousness. It is a gentle hands-on techinique of lightly touching the head, energizing certain points which activate stored information.
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head. They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. For example; for every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called “money.”
There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money, just to name a few. Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to be generative in that area and to have something different show up in your life with ease.
A Bars session releases areas where the energy is blocked and opens you up to receiving more of what you want in your life. Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life. Touch another Bar and you not only get the “issues” from the first Bar, you also begin clearing the “issues” stored in that second Bar. Also, you clear all the points of view about those two Bars in relation to each other, allowing for exponential change.
Just by gently touching the Bars you can effectively erase everything you have ever stored there. Just five minutes can erase 5,000 to 10,000 years of stored points of view.
What is the value of erasing this bank of data you have stored throughout this lifetime, and every lifetime? When you are functioning from preconceived points of view about what is possible or not possible in life and have a rigidly defined perspective of how the world works, you cannot be aware of anything that does not match that.
Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change anything in that area. When you change the energy, you change how that part of your life shows up.

Ilahinoor – Divine Light
In 2005 I had the pleasure of meeting Kiara Windrider and over the next two years attended several of his workshops in Maastricht, Netherlands. Kiara was one of the first people to receive the Deeksha or Oneness Blessing directly from Sri AmmaBhagavan at the Oneness University, Golden City near Chennai, India. Originally from India, Kiara has travelled extensively, living in the U.S for several years before relocating to Europe where he now lives with his wife Grace in Turkey.
Kiara is a holistic therapist who has studied a wide range of healing practices including Shamanism, Psychotherapy, Holotropic Breathwork and Energy Transmission and is the author of three books “Doorway to Eternity”, ”Fire from Heaven” and “Journey Into Forever”. Kiara and Grace both travel the world giving workshops and sharing the possibilities of global transformation and enlightenment including techniques such as Deeksha and Ilahinoor, both of which activate the neurobiology of enlightenment.
Ilahinoor is an specific frequency of Divine Light (Ilahinoor means Divine Light in Turkish) which Kiara received and began working with in 2006, offering it to others to teach and share. Ilahinoor brings healing on many levels but is particularly intended to connect the receiver with their Higher Self and asssts in anchoring the Higher Self into the body and daily consciousness.
In a session, Ilahinoor is transmitted through the hands to the “angel points” on the back of the head, and balanced with the third eye. This facilitates a connection between the instinctual nature housed in the “animal” part of the brain and the frontal lobe where we connect with our Godself. Ilahinoor energy is then transmitted to the whole body via diagonal hand positions.
Kiara teaches that there are 3 kinds of energy flows in the ayurvedic system of medicine. The horizontal flows connect one side of the body with the other, and the vertical flows take the energies up and down the body. The diagonal flows stimulate the ida and the pingala, which are yin and yang kundalini channels that run alongside the central channel of the spine. Of the three energy flows, the diagonal flows are the most powerful and this is where the Ilahinoor energy is directed.
Receivers of Ilahinoor find the energy extremely calming, peaceful and profound. Many clients experience the presence of Angels or White Light Beings and can feel the Ilahinoor en-lightening them on a cellular level. Others become more aware of their own higher consciousness and find that difficulties in the human condition fall away more easily.

Oneness Blessing (Deeksha)
The Oneness Blessing or Deeksha is an energy transfer given on the crown of the head with the intention of facilitating Awakening in the receiver. As this energy is directed towards releasing all mental conditioning, attachments and illusions of the individual “self”, it therefore also facilitates deep healing.
Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan are the founders of the Oneness Movement which is based in Golden City near Chennai, southern India. It is their intention to build a worldwide community of individuals and groups who are committed to the vision of collective awakening and assisting a radical shift in global consciousness. Their lives have been dedicated to accelerating the release of human suffering.
The Oneness Blessing was first developed by Sri AmmaBhagavan in the mid 80′s whilst they were teaching a school for chiildren. This school developed to include teachings in spiritual advancement for the parents and experimentation with the Deeksha which appeared to Sri AmmaBhagavan as a golden ball of light. Many of the students and parents experienced sudden Mukti, or Enlightenment on contact with this golden ball and, realising its potency, Sri AmmaBaghavan withdrew its use in order to develop a more appropriate preparation process.
The Deeksha remained a highly esoteric phenomenon for almost 14 years until August 17, 2003, when Sri AmmaBhagavan opened the floodgates of this divine phenomenon for the whole world. In a massive public gathering at The Experience Festival, in the physical presence of Sri AmmaBhagavan, more than a 100,000 people received the Oneness Blessings or Deekshas and experienced amazing transformation and various states of consciousness.
In 2005 I came across the Deeksha through reading Kiara Windrider’s book “Fire from Heaven”, his account of his own Awakening through receiving the Deeksha at the Experience Festival and I knew immediately that this work had a lot to offer me. I was lucky enough to attend several workshops with Kiara and his wife Grace and receive the Deeksha or Oneness Blessing and have found that it brings profound inner stillness, deep peace and the release of mental attachments.
All cultures and traditions throughout recorded history speak of a process of Awakening, Enlightenment or union with the Divine – a return to the “natural state” of the human being where the heart is open, where there is an immense feeling of connection with others and the natural world, and where we are able to perceive reality as it is without the filters, conditioning and unceasing interpretations of the ego/mind.
Many people enter deep states of silence following the Deeksha, often accompanied by feelings of ecstasy, heart opening, and oneness. Various physiological and emotional changes begin to take place as the sense of a separate ‘self’ dissolves. Each person’s process and timing for this is different but once the sense of a separate self dissolves, people experience themselves coming into ever-deepening states of oneness. They experience union with creation, union with God, and the cessation of inner conflict.
As the ‘self’ disappears, so do cravings and addictions. Love, harmony and balance begin to permeate our lives, extending into all our relationships with people as well as into the arenas of education, career, and finances. As we deepen into states of union, we automatically become agents of transformation in the world around us. Ultimately as more and more people become Awakened, it is expected that we will reach a ‘critical mass’, followed by a wave of collective Enlightenment that sweeps through the whole planet. This is Sri AmmaBhagavan’s vision of the beginning of a Golden Age of peace, harmony, and freedom!

The Sacred Fire – Free Distance Healing
The patterns of Divine Perfection are imprinted within every electron of all life substance. Traditional Old Style Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage is an open-handed flowing technique which treats the entire body as a whole. Originating in ancient Polynesia, the healing practice of Lomi Lomi has its roots in a tradition which is hundreds of years old. Lomi Lomi means to “knead or to squeeze and to make soft”.
Traditionally mothers “Lomi’d” their child from birth, especially the child’s stomach and feet, using primarily coconut oil which is one of the most healing natural substances on this planet. Lomi Lomi in its most traditional style is practiced entirely with the open hand; long strokes relax and release tension, allowing healing energy to cleanse the meridians and energetic pathways of the body. Life force energy or Mana comes through the practitioner’s hands and flows throughout the entire being on every level, right down to the cellular construct.

Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi is the direct family lineage of Hawaiian Kahu Sherman Dutroit, which he has passed exclusively to Dawn Charlton. I was first inspired to learn Lomi Lomi when I was in Maui in 2001, however the right opportunity didn’t come into my life until 2008 when I was introduced to Dawn’s work by a mutual friend. When I first looked at Dawn’s website I knew that I had found the right teacher and have since studied all three levels of Lomi Lomi with Dawn.

Tarot
“Tarot in Black & White – a Path to Personal Transformation” was created as a collaboration with talented artist and good friend Jakob Hronek. After several years of working with various Tarot systems, I was inspired to create a new expression of Tarot in a contemporary form and received a vision of what was to become the Tarot in Black & White.
An original interpretation of the traditional Tarot system, Tarot in Black & White follows the classic structure of Major Arcana and Minor Arcana through the four elements of Earth, Water, Air and Fire with Numerical Cards 1 to 10, Ace and Royalty Cards. The entire set is comprised of 78 cards.
All of the cards are illustrated with graphic representations of real Crop Circles found in farmlands across the world, drawn by artist Jakob Hronek. Extensive searching was carried out to find the exact images which reflect the qualities of each card and each image was carefully chosen to provide a visual stimulus which goes beyond the face value of the card.
Art speaks to our sub-conscious and Crop Circles, no matter what their origins, are significant works of art which carry messages to the world. In bringing together the modern phenomenon of Crop Circles with the traditional structure of the Tarot, a marriage is made between ancient and contemporary symbolism.
Each card also carries a name, one word which best describes the principle meaing of the Card. In this way both the image and the word speak at the same time, bringing together two different approaches to understanding the card.
In designing the Tarot in Black & White, our intention is to produce a modern Tarot which is unique, visually stimulatng, easy to understand and yet capable of reaching the depths demanded by the very nature of Tarot. The Sacred Forest – Nature as Teacher
Once upon a time through the daily act of gathering or growing food, we knew our intimate place in the cycle of life. We relied on nature as our teacher, our provider and our connection to spirit. In the modern age we are just as dependent on the earth’s natural resources, but most of us have lost our personal connection to nature, spirit and the cycles of birth, death and regeneration.
One example of this disconnection would be when you don’t know how or when to end a relationship or job and agonise over the decision. This is an inability to allow death. If you have great ideas but find that they just don’t seem to materialise or consistently don’t work out the way that you would like then this can be an inability to give birth. Fear of lack, difficulties with money, jealousy and competitiveness are symptoms of a loss of connection to the natural abundance of life.
In our civilized world many people are afraid of their wild, instinctual natures and over intellectualize, pushing instinct aside, acting polite, repressing strong emotions, not saying what they mean or choosing what they really want. How many times did you kick yourself later, thinking “I just knew I should have done such and such….”?
In this workshop we will connect with the transformative power of the rainforest, the regenerative spirit of nature and your own instinctual self through Shamanic Practices. We will merge our consciousness with the forest and create a lasting and intimate relationship with the primal force of nature. You will journey with your Power Animal and connect with a Plant Spirit and we will hunt in the forest for sacred items to make a Medicine Bundle.
A powerful shamanic tool, Medicine Bundles are a collection of sacred items which have special importance to you or symbolic meaning, wrapped in a piece of leather or cloth. Your Medicine Bundle carries your intention for healing or change, can integrate different aspects of your life and serve as a reminder of what is important to you.
A Medicine Bundle might contain stones, jewellery, a piece of mirror, shells, photos, spiritual figurines, coins, keys, a braid of hair, a poem or any other object that is of significance. These are carefully wrapped and bound into a bundle which must be kept in a sacred place and shown to no one. I have found that just the act of keeping a personal object entirely secret is challenging for most people and is an important lession on the path of personal development.

Rage & Forgiveness – Reclaiming Power
Everyone has experienced anger, frustration, hurt and at some point in their lives - rage. Often we can resolve the issue with the person concerned, or perhaps decide it isn’t worth getting upset about and move on.
But what do you do when you can’t resolve anger? What do you do when it hangs around long after the incident or relationship has passed? What about rage at a family member who has passed on? And what about the rage that you are embarrassed about, don’t want to admit to and judge yourself over? Repressed anger leads to depression and can cause extreme mood swings, apathy, loss of sexual interest, blocked creativity, sudden outbursts, cynicism, failure, and in extreme cases violence and self-harm.
From the shamanic perspective ”stuck” rage is an imbalance in the fire energy and it is exhausting. Unresolved emotions tie up essential life force energy and prevent us from moving forward in our lives. If you have suffered a significant betrayal you may decide never to trust anyone again, and when you do eventually open up you find the betrayal gets repeated, “proving” yet again the “rightness” of your reaction.
So how do we break this cycle? How do you let go of rage and allow yourself the freedom to create something new in your life?
In this workshop we will use transformative processes to facilitate forgiveness, healing and change. All that is required is your willingness. We will explore two powerful techniques – Radical Forgiveness and H’oponopono from Hawaii. We will take shamanic journeys to merge with the element of fire and reconnect with our own transformative power and we will conduct a releasing fire ritual.

Our bodies are made up of the four elements, they are the building blocks of the physical world, and by reconnecting with the energy of the elements we strengthen and empower our connection to the natural world around us.

Reiki – Usui System
Reiki is one of the oldest and best known systems of hands-on energy healing, first used by the Tibetan Buddhist monks thousands of years ago and re-discovered in the 1800′s by Dr Mikao Usui. The Usui system of Reiki is a very simple but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received by anyone.
The name Reiki is Japanese in origin and is loosely translated to mean “Rei – Unversal or Godforce”, “Ki – (like Chi, Prana, Mana) life force energy. So Reiki is a universal healing energy which flows both from the Godforce or Higher Consciousness, and from the earthly Lifeforce, Breath, Bread of Life.
Reiki has three levels of study with three seperate initiations or attunements which attune the practitioner’s energetic system to the specific frequencies of Reiki. This creates a clear channel through which the Reiki energy can flow as well as initiating a process of growth and transformation for the initiate. Many people experience a detoxification process after receiving a Reiki attunement and suddenly give up smoking, drinking or other unhealthy habits.
What makes Reiki distinctly different from other hands-on healing modalities is the use of ancient symbols. There are five traditional Reiki symbols which carry the power of an ancient lineage. These symbols carry instructions for healing which are recognised in the body and energetic field. They are like a sacred code, a language which was designed to bridge cultural and historic barriers.
Reiki was one of the first healing modalities that I learned in 1995 and each of the three attunements has come at a significant time in my life, giving me an extra boost forward in my personal development and spiritual path. Therefore I will always recommend Reiki as one of the most simple yet potentially powerful practices you can invite into your life.

Reiki I
In the first degree of Reiki you will be attuned to receive the Reiki energy with specific symbols placed into your auric field to open, clear and activate your chakras. You will experience the Reiki energy flow through your hands and practice giving and receiving Reiki with your classmates. We will go over hands positions, learn how to self-heal with Reiki and how to treat clients.
Once attuned to Reiki I you are qualified to give Reiki sessions to others and you may start your own business as a Reiki practitioner. I will provide you with a Reiki I certificate and course notes. Reiki I is a full day course - energy exchange $250 including one personal session before the course.
Reiki II
In Reiki II you will learn three traditional Reiki symbols, how to draw them, their meanings and uses. Reiki symbols are used in healing and can also be used in daily life to harmonize energy, remove obstacles, increase power and focus your intention. You will also learn how to do Reiki Distance Healing and we will practice this together.
You will receive attunement for Reiki II, certificate and course notes. Reiki II is a full day course – energy exchange $250 including one distance session before the course.
Reiki III
The third degree of Reiki attunes you as a Reiki Master and you will be qualified to teach Reiki to others. Please contact me if you are interested in becoming a Reiki Master.
Art Shamaness
Art Shamaness is my new artistic challenge and much-loved creative pursuit. Last year I started drawing with pastels and the figures which emerged made themselves known to me as Spirit Guides. Each guide is unique in the gifts and abilities which they offer and each guide communicates their name and attributes to me quite clearly.
Spirit Guides are here to help; they can provide profound healings and daily inspiration and their presence in your home can be transformational.

Circus
From 1999 – 2007 I lived in Amsterdam and worked as a professional circus performer. My performing career covered a wide range of styles and events from arts festivals to clubs, corporate events to underground parties.
As a freelance artist I designed, created and choreographed my own solo and duo shows, as well as collaborating with fellow artists and working for other artistic companies. I trained and performed Stilts, Partner Acrobatics, Floor Gymnastics, Fire Dancing, Theatre, Trapeze, Dance, Statue and Hula Hoops. The Tissu or Aerial Silks was my specialty and after training in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I returned to Europe and shared my new knowledge with friends and colleagues.
I thoroughly recommend aerial training as a holistic discipline. It teaches you core strength, flexibility and determination. In challenging yourself, you will learn how to move through fear, find trust in your own body and focus on the task at hand. Aerial acrobatics provides a rich platform for self expression where the masculine and feminine energies of strength and grace must be balanced, and doubt must be silenced.
A circus aerial rig is now being built at the Butterfly House – Centre for Transformation & Personal Growth Cape Tribulation and I will be teaching Aerial Classes on a weekly basis.

Biography
Misha is a shamanic practitioner and teacher who is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience of personal transformation in an accessible way. Misha is passionate about self development and spiritual growth and over the past 15 years has explored many different healing modalities including rebirthing, kinesiology, cranio-sacral balancing, somatic dance, hypnosis, energy healing, vibrational therapy and massage.
In 1995 she studied her first degree in Reiki and began her own journey of healing and self discovery. She joined a womens’ circle of shamanic studies and took part in a public ritual “The Many Faces of a Beautiful Woman” – a shamanic initiation into the healing powers of the sacred feminine. Since then she has studied a wide variety of spiritual healing practices from different cultures and is able to weave traditional knowledge together with modern approaches to personal growth.
Misha has attended workshops with the Gyuto Tibetan Monks, explored Celtic Wicca, Native American Shamanism and studied meditation, yoga, chi gung and tai chi. Misha has worked with spiritual teachers in Australia, Canada, The Netherlands and Hawaii, learning how to perform Shamanic Journeys and Soul Retrievals. She has developed her own system of Soul Weaving Energy Healing produced a Tarot deck Tarot in Black & White and developed a series of Shamanic Self-Development Workshops
Always following her own inner guidance, Misha has used her vision, energy sensitivity and intuitive abilities to achieve clarity, wholeness and integrity. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge of healing and personal growth with others in a way that is accessible to all.
