ThetaHealing
ThetaHealing was founded by Vianna Stibal.
There are five levels of the brain – alpha, delta, beta, theta & gamma. This form of healing works on the theta brainwave level of the brain.
It is designed to allow the client to change on all levels – physical, mental, spiritual & emotional.
The purpose of ThetaHealing is to change the way a clients thoughts have a direct influence on their physical health.
Scientists have discovered that certain brain frequencies have been found to- Alleviate stress and promote long lasting and substantial reductions in subjects that experience anxiety.

Reiki
A technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that life force energy flows through us. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".
So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment is like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Animals can also gain from reiki healings. No animal will be harmed during a reiki healing. The animal controls the healing, accepting the treatment in the most suitable way. No matter the difficulty reiki can assist the animal. There are no limits to how reiki can aid your pet. Whatever the physical or emotional problem, reiki can be of assistance.

Soaps

Our skincare range includes gentle milk cleanser, toners and floral waters, gentle exfoliator, nourishing and hydrating moisturisers and anti-wrinkle oil or cream. Dynamized Body Oils
100% natural body oils, infused with pure essential oils and herbs. These oils can be used as a nourishing oil and ideally used immediately after a bath or shower. These oils are also ideal as a massage oil. Our range includes Invigorating Oil (with rosemary, lemon balm, lavender, sage and thyme essential oils); Relaxing Oil (Lavender, lemon, ylangylang, lemon balm, pine essential oils); Refreshing Oil (lemon, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint essential oils); and Regenerating Oil (geranium, patchouli and lemon).
