A welcoming and professional studio tucked away off Park Road in Milton, specialising in personalised equipment classes (max 3 to a class) and offering Brisbane's first Pilates Springboard classes (4 to a class).
SERVICES Our Pilates private and semi-private studio sessions utilize the full range of equipment and are individually tailored to your needs. These sessions run for one hour and are available 6 days a week.
Our NEW group Springboard classes offer a challenging, spring-resisted workout in a 45min flowing class. These are run at a number of peak times and lunchtimes and offer the perfect alternative to mat classes with the tone and conditioning of a studio class.
Our teachers are fully qualified and experienced, and we aim to make your pilates journey enjoyable, successful and rewarding. Whatever your goals are, whether its improving fitness, running a marathon, maintaining a healthy pregnancy or simply playing with grandchildren, we will work with you to help you get the best out of your body.
