Massage

Massage uses gentle manipulations applied to the body to improve overall health and wellbeing. Massage is a holistic therapy that helps to improve circulation, relieve stress and anxiety, reduce muscle tension, relieve aches, pains and headaches … and much more. We offer a range of massage therapies including remedial/deep tissue, relaxation and aromatherapy including clay face masks and steam wraps.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on reflex areas in the hands and feet. Reflexology is a holistic therapy that helps relieve stress and tension; improve the digestive system; assist blood and lymphatic supply; and optimise health and relaxation. Our reflexologist, Nicole Tobler, promises you will feel refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated!

Ear Candling

Ear candling is an ancient remedy for removing toxins and excess wax from the ear canal. It is a technique that has been around for centuries, used by the Egyptians, Chinese, Greeks and the Hopi Indians of America.

The procedure is entirely painless, and involves a specially-made hollow candle which is held gently on the edge of the ear to create a vacuum.

The procedure is an effective treatment for fungal infections, excessive wax build up, sinus pain and irritation, toxic residue, glue ear or swim ear, foggy head, headaches, and more. The procedure is completely painless and is a great alternative for children's ear problems!
