Pauline has worked in a number of area’s helping people with weight management, after having a weight problem herself during her study years. She utilised a moderate protein, low-carb weight loss program and then worked on lifestyle changes to maintain her weight loss. A Weight Management program can be individually tailored for you.

Pauline also specialises in woman’s menopausal transition, helping to relieve symptoms and balancing hormones with nutrition, herbs, and homoeopathics. This time can be made easier if hormonal problems- PMT, are addressed before menopause starts.

Pauline makes and uses natural cosmetics that she has developed. Natural plant oils and herbs are used to keep skin care simple and effective. Face creams and cleansers can be made to order as well as treatment creams. People with skin allergies and other problems can be treated specifically for them, from the inside and the outside.
