Your acupuncturist will tailor your treatment to your unique needs.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

The use of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine has been combined for centuries, and they are considered to complement and enhance each other's efficacy.

Cupping

An ancient Chinese technique called cupping helps relieve muscle tension and spasms.

In traditional techniques, the air is removed from sterile glass cups with fire, which creates a suction on the affected area.

Cupping is beneficial for those who suffer from neck pain, back pain, leg pains, and colds and flu to help eliminate toxins from their bodies.

Gua Sha

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gua Sha, or scraping, is used to relieve muscular tension and pain.

A blunt instrument is scraped in a certain direction across the affected area which allows the blood to accumulate at the surface and opens the pores.

Similar to cupping, this technique increases blood flow to the area.
