I use gentle yet powerful techniques to facilitate healing at different levels of your body such as bone, lymphatics, blood vessels, hormones, energy systems and spiritual bodies. Your bodies own self healing mechanism will be activated to relieve strains and tensions that have built up within your system and can cause a wide variety of ailments. These techniques are especially recommended for those with sensitive energetic and physical systems such as children, babies, the elderly, healers and creative sensitives. It is safe where other therapies may not be suitable such as for pregnancy and acutely painful conditions. Therapy realigns and rebalances the body after intervention such as surgery or chemotherapy or after an injury, releasing shock from the system and freeing up energy that was holding the system in contraction to allow it to function optimally. A side effect of treatment is enhanced well-being.
Each healing session is completely individual catering to the needs of the recipient at that moment in their life. Different techniques will be used according to the immediate needs of your body and spirit. Apart from the real physical and emotional changes that are noticed after a healing session, people tend to feel that their life flows better and troubling situations appear easier to manage.
You will lay on your back on the healing table. My hands will either be making gentle contact with you or be slightly off your body. There may be some gentle manipulation (or unwinding) of limbs or muscles. At times it may be necessary to verbally interact, but mostly a deep state of relaxation is entered. People at times feel sensations or see colours, re-experience emotions, or may just feel very relaxed and light. It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothes, preferably trousers and plan a gentle day. Your body will require a period of integration and you will need to stay hydrated both in preparation for the treatment and afterwards to flush out toxins that are released during the treatment. HEALING OF BABIES AND CHILDREN
I use very subtle, gentle techniques to assist new born babies to enter their new environment, releasing birth trauma (for adults and infants) or pre-natal challenges. One of the joys of treating babies is that they tend to respond so well to treatment, and more quickly than adults. Many infant problems such as colic, sucking problems, breathing difficulties, restlessness and irritability may result from imbalances caused during the birth process. Treatment of young infants may help to relieve such problems. The mother often also benefits from rebalancing of hormones and the pelvis after the birth process. Doubles practitioner sessions (4 Handed) are available to specifically address birth trauma by having the mother and baby treated simultaneous with 2 practitioners. This releases shared imprints of trauma held in the body from the birth experience.
Craniosacral therapy is well known overseas for pregnancy and birth and even used routinely in some hospitals. Even a birth that is straight forward can benefit from the realignment of the bones and hormonal systems that is possible for both the baby and the mother. Whilst the new born bones are still soft in the early stages of development, alignment can prevent any solidified imbalances caused by the growth process around the strains and tensions caused during or pre- birth. It therefore can "nip in the bud" any disorders that may result later in childhood.
For both adults and children/babies, the experience in- utero have wide ranging, deep seated effects, having been experienced by a brain not fully developed and a spirit, not fully anchored in physical reality. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A craniosacral therapist listens to the recipients body via a gentle contact with their hands. Pulses are fed back to the therapist to create a picture of which areas the body are out of balance. Observation of these imbalances causes the body in it's intelligence to realign in the same way as you might look in the mirror, notice you are frowning and release the frown. This works very well on physical and emotional levels with immediately noticeable changes.
It is a ‘hands on’ therapy. For treatment, you will usually lie on a treatment table and experience the very light touch of the therapist’s hands. You may feel a deep sense of relaxation, and possibly become aware of heat, tingling, pulsations or other sensations.
This extremely gentle therapy uses no manipulation. The therapist listens, via the hands, to what is going on in your body, and in this way both identifies and relieves pains or tensions held in the body.
CranioSacral Therapy is client-led. Your body will set the pace of work, so you will remain comfortable, in control and able to integrate the changes that occur.
CranioSacral Therapy is becoming much better known these days. It is based on a number of findings about the body’s subtle physiology, which were made by osteopaths in the USA nearly 100 years ago.
These findings show that every cell in a healthy body expresses a rhythmic movement which is fundamental to life, and which has been called craniosacral motion.
At the core of the body the cerebrospinal fluid, which bathes and cushions the brain and spinal cord, expresses this motion in a tidelike ebb and flow, while bones organs and other structures and tissues in the body each follow their own particular pattern of movement. This motion is so subtle that it is barely measurable with instruments, but the hands of a trained therapist are able to perceive and subtly interact with it in a therapeutic way, which brings about self (and cell) re-organisation and healing in the various tissues and systems as well as in the different layers of the body’s energy field.
As the implications of these findings were realised, during the first thirty years or so of this century, CranioSacral Therapy gradually developed. Since then the therapy has been refined and further developed into the subtle, deep healing process which is available today. The processes bring about self (and cell) re-organisation and healing in the various tissues and systems of the body as well as in the different layers of its energy field.

Healing will progress at the pace that your body and soul has agreed and in fact planned on. The healing session, once booked and committed to is already determined once the intention is set. REIKI
Reiki is channeling of divine life force energy. This occurs throughout every session and can be felt by the recipient as heat/cold tingling or various other sensations. It is the intelligence of the recipients body that determines how much energy is recieved and where the energy is directed as it will be drawn to the area where it is most needed. It clears out stuck emotions and heals physical ailments on an energetic/spiritual level before they can become solidified into the physical level. It also reverses the phyically mainfested ailments back into energy form for release.

ABOUT ME
I have been working as a cranio-sacral therapist and spiritual healer for 11 years. I first felt healing energy in my hands at the age of 17years. Over the next 10 years, I discovered various skills and sensitivies which enabled me to follow divine guidance for my own healing and that of others. I have an ability to feel in my body the energetic changes, emotions and physical patterns in the body of others.
Throughout my lifetime, I have experienced intolerances to chemicals in food and my environement which so often go hand in hand with energetic and spiritual sensitivity. I have been challenged to have a clear understanding of the needs of my body and follow this guidance in every moment.
