Myotherapy is a safe natural therapy that successfully assist in the treatment and prevention of soft tissue injuries.
Myotherapy incorporates a variety of specialized techniques to help restore and correct the body back to pre injury . This approach is used in the treatment of acute or chronic conditions and in the area of preventative management.
A distinguishing feature of Myotherapy is the clinical reasoning used, in which standard methods of evaluation are used such as orthopaedic tests, postural assessment, neurological and functional testing in conjunction with a thorough palpatory assessment of the spine, peripheral joint play, and the contractile evaluation of musculature.
1.JOHN BARILARI
Originally from Melbourne, John Barilari studied with some of Melbourne's renown lectures, john maintains that whilst its paramount to learn from the best its just as important to work along side these experts in a clinical setting, John spent numerous hours observing his peers assessing and treating many different forms of Musculoskeletal & Neuromuscular complaints.
As John grew so did his achievements, working with professional footballers (AFL) , Myotherapist for the European football institute, coburg Football Junior Development Squad, and numerous athletes from all codes.
4 years ago John and his family decided to move to Bendigo, since the transition John ,has become a popular therapist with the Bendigo community and especially amoungst the Sports Athletes of Bendigo.
Since The Transition; John,s been involved with many sporting clubs as a Myotherapist / Sports Therapist
