Naomi is a qualified Naturopath and an accredited member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia. Naomi graduated from the Australian College of Natural Therapies with an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy; she then went on the further her studies in health and science; graduating from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Health Science; focusing on Nutrition, Neuroscience and Reproductive health care.
Naomi is passionate about helping people with lifestyle and health issues; using natural methods, which includes western herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, iridology, homeopathy, vitamin therapy and Metabolic Typing. Naomi believes metabolic typing is a holistic approach to diet and health, it enables the client to adjust lifestyle and dietary factors to help with cravings, hunger, energy levels and all round mental and emotional well being: the Metabolic typing plan helps clients feel a better sense of well-being, harmony and inner balance.

What you will get out of a naturopathic consult?
A consult lasts for 60 minutes, in that time Naomi will take a full health history, ask about nutrition and lifestyle factors, concerns you may have and any other issues. Naomi may prescribe a range of supplements from vitamins, herbal medicine, homeopathy; Naomi will also give you in-depth nutritional counselling.
You may also be given a referral to one of Naomi's many partners for hair mineral analysis, live blood analysis, allergy testing, candida testing, stool analysis and food intolerance testing; these are provided through Australian Biologics
You will go away with a deeper understanding of health, tools to help you perform at your best; meal, food and recipe ideas. You will feel empowered and energised, you will be given motivation to help your self going forward and help those around you. Naturopathy is about working together to create a healthier and happier life for you, with changes to lifestyle and diet that you enjoy and embrace.
Naomi also offers a personalised "health package", as part of this you will have availability to current discounts; you will also be given a personalised shopping list and given assistance with making everyday healthy grocery choices

Naomi currently sees clients from her busy practice on Belmore Road Randwick, this is adjacent to my body personal training studio; Naomi believes fitness, nutrition and health go hand in hand to create a better well-being; Naomi also offers a premium health package, which enables her clients to have a session with a qualified personal trainer at a discounted rate.
Naomi has also been advising clients in a busy Eastern Suburbs pharmacy; over the past 3 years; you may also make an appointment with her at Carousal Fullife pharmacy clinic, in Bondi junction Westfield shopping centre
