Natural Balance is an independently owned wellness centre located in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills that meets the wellness needs of customers in surrounding areas of Bella Vista, Winston Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville and other nearby areas. The centre provides elite athletes, corporate executives and others an opportunity to exercise in a safe environment that’s non-threatening and fun.
Natural Balance was founded by David Collins in 2008. Prior to this, David spent 7 years working for a wellness centre with an impressive list of clientele comprising elite football players, national level swimmers and large corporations. Natural Balance was born as a result of a gap that David found in the market for a centre that could provide wellness services based on a combination of massage and low-impact exercises that are and fun. Natural Balance has now evolved into a wellness centre that has developed programs suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
With the focus on wellness, the centre draws people from all walks of life, from elite athletes and corporate executives to people who want to relax with a deep-tissue massage or want to start an exercise routine with a friend. Natural Balance is for anyone who wants to feel happier, more alert, fight ageing symptoms and live a naturally balanced life.

Stretch
