Cellular Health Analysis- Cellular Health Analysis is a scientific screen tool used to measure your muscle mass, fat mass and hydration levels. It will also calculate the biological age of your cells. The report shows both where your health is currently and what you need to work towards for optimum health.
Zinc test- This test indicates the level of the mineral Zinc in your body. Zinc is an extremely important mineral involved in immunity, skin health, reproductive health (both male and female) and wound healing to name a few.
Tongue analysis: The tongue is the beginning of your digestive tract. By examining the tongue, the practitioner can obtain an idea of how the person is digesting and view the beginnings of any health concerns in this part of the body.
Nail analysis: Nail changes may signify a number of disorders elsewhere in the body. These changes may indicate illness long before any other symptoms appear. It is important to aknowledge that everything you see on the outside of your body, is a reflection of something going on inside your body.
What happens during a consultation?
Full Health Appraisal- Amie will discuss any health concerns and your personal health goals. She will also ask about your lifestyle, diet, personal medical history and family medical history. The function of each system of the body is investigated in an attempt to treat the body holistically.
Next, your Cellular Health Analysis and Zinc levels are tested, and she will perform iridology, nail analysis and tongue analysis.
Once your Initial Health Appraisal is complete, Amie will devise an individual care plan which will be presented on your following consultation.
