Services and treatments

When you initially come to see me on your path to wellness, a thorough assessment is carried out.

• This includes: a full case history which incorporates childhood health; surgery; accidents etc as well as familial health and current medication.
  
• Iridology, tongue and nail analysis – important diagnostic tools especially useful in determining strengths or weaknesses in different body areas; nutrient deficiencies or dietary needs.
  
• Analysis of dietary habits and nutritional needs.

Herbal medicine
Is the science of using herbal remedies to heal the sick. It therefore covers everything from medicinal plants with powerful actions to those with very gentle actions. Gentle action also means that these plants do not as a rule have any appreciable toxic effects, and may therefore safely be taken over a long period of time.

Nutritional medicine
These are carefully selected to replace deficiencies and give our body the metabolic raw materials it needs to heal itself.

Celloids
A mineral therapy which originated in Germany over 200 years ago. It is an extremely safe therapy which addresses the cause of the illness, not only the symptoms.

Flower Essences
Are a form of vibrational therapy that cures, not by attacking anything, but by flooding the body with the vibrational essence of that flower which in turn allows the body to heal.

Holistic counselling
Health imbalances are often caused by undue stress and worry and in turn can affect the absorption of nutrients, sleep patterns and daily living.
