NATUROPATHY
Naturopathy integrates modern medicine & scientific methodology with traditional systems of healing. It is a holistic form of medicine that treats the whole person with natural solutions and management for many conditions. Lia Mills is fully qualified, certified and University trained Naturopath.
Therefore she is a registered provider for all the major health funds. In addition, Lia actively pursues her continuing education and professional development in order to provide her patients with the highest quality Natural Medicine care.
Naturopathy would benefit anyone who wants to address a particular health concern whilst also aiming to reach optimal level of health and wellbeing.

You are very busy and don't have much time for a consultation. Don't worry. You can have an express consultation. This consultation lasts 45 minutes and will provide you valuable information.

NATURAL FERTILITY
Are you having difficulty getting pregnant, have you tried for so long? You are not the only one. Research has found the rate of impaired fertility have increased significantly in all age groups. Preconception care may increase your chances to get pregnant and have a beautiful baby. Lia use a holistic approach by incorporating body, mind and spiritual care, Your involvement is also important, as this will further contribute to conceive a healthy child.
FERTILITY CONSULTATION
The initial fertility consultation wil help to determine you current health, your fertiity status, your nutrient and dietary requirements.
Before your consultation you will receive a health and fertility appraisal to fill in.
The consultation will be spent discussing your health and reproductive system history, and your health concerns.
The naturopath will review your diet and life style. If necessary the Naturopath will request health tests that will help to enhance your fertility.
The Fertility Consultation is based on Amazon Brazilian Herbs & European herbs that have been used for centuries to promote fertility and health. Blessings are always give to the herbs and to the Mother Earth, before we give the herbs to our patients. The Fertility Consultation includes:
- Naturopathy consultation
- European and/or Amazon Fertility herbs (not included in the consultation fee)
- Diet and lifestyle review
- Nutritional Supplementation which further enhance both prospective parents' health. (not included in the consultation fee)

IVF or other assisted conception support
Studies have showed that couples who going through IVF have more successful outcomes if they use a pre-conception health care.
At Natural Stress Therapy Clinic we support IVF and other assisted conception treatments by:

ENERGY BALANCING/HEALING
In this session Lia combines ancient healing modalities to bring balance for the whole being.
. The session starts with the activation and opening of your energy centers and meridians. This will facilitate the flow of energy from the Cosmos (positive polarity) and from the Mother Earth (negative polarity) to open the energy channels of your body, preparing you to receive the Universal harmonic energies from the SOURCE.
Then, Lia will apply Reiki to bring harmony to your energy centers.
She may use other ancient healing techniques that work on the sympathetic nervous system (which is connected to all organs) to bring balance to organs and systems of the body to magnify this process.

Reiki
Reiki is safe, non-intrusive hands-on-healing technique that supports your healing process , but it is much more than a physical therapy. It also supports healing in all levels of a person's being such as your mind, emotions and soul. In addition, Reiki can also support personal growth and spiritual awareness.
