Remedial Massage
The specific treatment of problems including deep tissue treatment, stretching techniques and tests for musculo skeletal disorders.
Therapeutic Massage
Some of the many physiological effects of therapeutic massage, relaxation of muscles, soothing of the nervous system, elimination of toxic matter and restoration of the function of the vital organs.
Sports Massage
The major risk in the quest for enhanced performance for the sportsperson is injury, massage is the only actual treatment that can be applied specifically to help prevent injury. This is not only true in a sports context but also in terms of posture and other forms of stress.
Aromatherapy Massage
Massage with essential oils, working on the body and the mind reducing tension and depression and stimulating a healthy, energetic body.
