SERVICES

Welcome to New Living Yoga

At New Living Yoga we teach , a style of yoga named after Swami Satyananda who adapted the ancient yoga practices specifically to meet the needs of modern society. We have attempted to maintain the ideals and spirit of Swami Satyananda's teachings by teaching yoga systematically and progressively. The steady progression of levels allows students to develop over time and at a pace that suits the individual's particular needs and capacity. Students are encouraged to practice in a steady and sustained way. We believe consistent, committed practice is the way to really gain the benefits that yoga has to offer. Our classes include yoga postures (asanas), breath-work (pranayama) and (deep relaxation).
