MEDITATION CLASSES
Meditation is not a form of worship or prayer. It is a tool for training the mind and body to develop a state of equilibrium, relaxation and spiritual well-being. Meditation allows for a state of calmness, that brings insights into our own awareness. The treasures of our true soul remain hidden under layers of mind, matter and illusion. Our attention is focused on the outer world and not the inner world. Meditation is a way to cut through these blockages to experience our true selves.
It is an ideal tool to quieten the mind (stop-thinking) and it aligns us with the present moment. It raises consciousness levels to higher frequencies (altered-states of consciousness) and with regular practice, soul-alignment can be attained.
