Hot Stone Massage
NOMES Hot Stone Massage is a speciality massage where the therapist combines the traditional relaxation massage with warmed essential oils and heated smooth stones or rocks. Firstly the rocks are placed in key positions to allow the heat to radiate into your muscle tissue and melt away any knots, tension and stress. While this is happening, the therapist will use other heated stones and essential oils to massage in long gliding strokes and bring about deep relaxation. Excellent results can be achieved by massaging pre-heat-softened muscle tissue without you feeling hard or deep pressure being used.
