Hello, my name is Luke Preston.
I am the owner and operator of Northern Phoenix acupuncture & chinese medicie.

I developed my interest in Chinese medicine through the practice of Chinese Kung Fu: the two practices are complimentary as they are not solely medicine or exercise but a way of life.

I worked with a learnt from James Flowers (president of the Australian acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association) in his practice in Chinatown during the four years that I studied at the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I then did an internship in Guang An Ma hospital in Beijing where I learnt from some of China's most respected Chinese medicine Doctors in the fields of Gynecology, Dermatology Acupuncture, Arthritis and digestive disorders.

Chinese Medicine is a holistic approach to improving health dating back 5000 years, the philosophy of which aims to treat not only the symptoms but the root of disease.

By incorporating Chinese Medicine into daily living you can achieve a balanced lifestyle that still affords you the enjoyment of the good things in life with a healthy approach.
