Welcome to Nutrition with Taigen
Nutrition is the foundation of good health. But balancing our nutritional needs with everyday living is not easy and requires careful consideration and education about the food we consume. Many will suffer from a health or medical condition that is treatable with professional nutrition advice.
How can Taigen help?
As a qualified nutritionist, my role is to help you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals with balanced eating plans, natural medicine and lifestyle advice. I provide professional advice to treat and support a wide range of health and medical conditions including

What happens during my consultation?
The consultation includes a detailed case study of your diet and lifestyle, considering any medical and/ or health needs, and provides you with a tailored eating plan and recommended supplements to kick-start your journey to better health.
The initial consultation will usually last between 60 - 90 minutes. Follow-up consultations are often required to monitor progress and provide support. A private and peaceful room ensures clients experience maximum comfort during their consultation.
Access is also available to an in-house dispensary making for convenient access to a wide range of products. Some private health funds offer rebates under nutritionist.
Who is Taigen?
I am a Registered ATMS Nutritionist and hold an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine from Nature Care College - Sydney. An experienced nutritionist with a warm, professional approach and I treat every one of my clients with the care and attention they deserve. I regularly hold free information evenings on the lower north shore and currently run a weekly nutrition group at a Kirribilli community centre.
