The business was started at the beginning of 1995 by Michael Higgins.
Michaels’ continued motivation is to see his clients free from pain, discomfort, stress and to provide at least 1 hr of time where they can stop and relax. Michael is very well known, trusted and respected in the community having given over 25000 massages (yes i have been busy). When visiting Oatley Therapeutic Massage a full history is taken of your health and the appropriate style of massage is agreed upon by the client and Michael.

CHIROPRACTIC services are now available at the clinic. Matthew Olthof has joined the business bringing a great attitude, enthusiasm and a desire to see his clients achieve their optimal health and well being. Matthew uses a variety of techniques to treat:

• Back pain
  
• Neck pain
  
• Headache and migraine
  
• Jaw pain
  
• Postural aches
  
• Sporting injuries
  
• Shoulder, hip, knee and other joint aches and pains.
  
• Childrens health (including ear infections, reflux, motor development and learning difficulties)

Gentle chiropractic care can also help make pregnancy more comfortable.

A standard chiropractic treatment begins with remedial massage and muscle release followed by spinal and peripheral adjustments as required. Matthew is also a qualified exercise physiologist and may include home exercises in your treatment plan.

Matthew is available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
