about Zoe
Zoe is an experienced and qualified therapist and has been working in Cairns since 2007. She has a particular interest in offering nurture and support to women on their journey through pregnancy and beyond. She has furthered her study with a post graduate certificate in Pre & Post Natal Massage.
HypnoBirthing®
Zoe has recently become a HypnoBirthing® practitioner (Mongan method) and is excited to offer Mums-to-be & their birth partners this fascinating birth education program. 5 x 2.5 hrs classes teach relaxation and self-hypnosis for calm, gentle and more comfortable natural birth. Mum and Baby Wellbeing Mornings
With the collaboration of experienced infant massage therapist and yoga teacher, we run a monthly mum and baby wellbeing morning - an opportunity to get out with baby, meet other mums and have some fun and relaxation. Informal sessions include: Mum & Baby yoga, infant massage, mini massage for mums and delicious morning tea.
