Reiki
Reiki (ray-key) is ancient art of energy transmition through the hands using the Usui system of natural healing. It is Japanese for universal healing life energy. It does not interfere with any other healing modality.
It is one of the most on invasive, gentle healing modalities there is. A Reiki practitioner places their hands on the recipient at different locations on the body and the universal healing light energy passes thru the practitioner and into the recipient at these points. Reiki passes through clothing, and plaster casts. Any one can receive Reiki at any time and in any situation. It accelerates the bodies ability to heal ailments. There is no contra indications with using Reiki along side other modalities or medications.
Reflexology
Reflexology maps the reflection of the body on the feet. Through massaging these reflection points a sense of relaxation, cleansing and well being is promoted in the receiver.
Reflexology can be used for therapeutics and or for a lovely pampering. It increases vitality, circulation and stamina while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Within a few sessions there may well be benefits to sinus problems, migraine, colic, detoxing particular organs, menopause and menstrual irregularities, back, shoulder, sciatica and neck pain.

Jala Neti
Jala Neti is the Yogic nasal cleansing technique.
Jala Neti is an ancient yogic technique to relieve sinus and respiratory issues. Such as Hay Fever nasal infections allergy symptoms sinusitis upper respiratory complaints sore throats coughs, post nasal drip inflammation of the tonsils and adenoids asthma and bronchitis.
The word “Neti” means “nasal cleansing” and “Jala” means “water”.
There often is no need for other medications with uncomplicated sinus problems if you use a Neti pot regularly.
