Jo teaches the Monday evening class
Jo Khoudair received accreditation to teach Hatha Yoga style in 2004 under an internationally based spiritual path. This accreditation saw Jo teaching and assisting in local and global teaching events and spiritual retreats in Sydney, India and upstate New York. In addition, Jo has been a student of Craig Sharpe in Anusara style inspiring posture from an open heart, she has taken additional training in workshops with internationally renowned teachers including John Friend, and currently maintains a consistent personal practice in Iyengar style exploring healing and restorative values of yoga practice.
Maggie teaches the Tuesday evening class
Maggie Neumann has a genuine understanding of the needs of women and how yoga can help manage the stresses of contemporary life. Discovering yoga later in life, Maggie has studied the Diploma of Yoga Teaching from NatureCare College and is a long-time pupil of the Anusara style of yoga which inspires students to create their own potential from an open heart, rather than from the head. Maggie explores the nurturing, feminine side of yoga and encourages women to experience their own inner beauty and strength.
