Sandra Dubs has been a Wholefood Nutritionist and Cooking Teacher, Natural Food Educator and Trainer, Macrobiotic counsellor specialising in Wholefood Vegetarian and Traditional Japanese Cooking for over two decades.
Aside from operating health food stores (Soulfood, Manna Natural Foods), cafes (Soulfoods Sth Yarra, Manna Natural Foods, Daimaru CBD Health, Vegetable Creations ,overseas)experience importing and wholesaling natural and organic foods ( marketing at Spiral Foods), she has also had years of study and experience with many masters of the health food movement both in Australia and overseas.
Sandra started the original Melbourne Japanese and Wholefood Cooking School in 1986 and also has taught Health Supportive Vegetarian and Macrobiotic Wholefood Cooking at various venues – CAEMelbourne, Box Hill Institute, Holmesglen Institute, overseas and at her private kitchen in North Caulfield, Melbourne.
She has taught “Food As Medicine” at Monash University Medical School, Swinburne Department of Integrative Medicine and now runs her own Wholefood Nutrition Course at Box Hill Institute ,Holmesglen Institute and CAE Melbourne
In 2011 Sandra has been appointed Wholefood Nutrition Consultant at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine, East Hawthorn.
Being involved in the Wellness movement, Sandra travels extensively, to study and experience with many masters of the health food movement new developments in health, food as medicine, macrobiotics and natural food cookery.
Sandra continues her journey with health supportive organic wholefoods by running cooking classes, presenting workshops and seminars on food as medicine and nutrition for wellbeing, as well as consulting and creating health supportive wellbeing programs for corporate and private clients.
Sandra is a well-known organiser as well as presenter at Integrative Medical conferences, Natural Therapy Trade Expos and Professional Wellness seminars in Australia and overseas.

Classes include- seasonal vegetarian cooking, wok cooking,alkalising and raw foods, cooking for one, macrobiotics, therapeutic cooking for cancer, inflammation, digestion, thyroid health, bone health, skin health.
Sandra consults with clients privately, specialising in digestive issues, weight management, alkalising and detox programs, health supportive foods for cancer, diabetes, heart disease, bone health, thyroid conditions.
