• REMEDIAL STRUCTUAL DEEP BODYWORK -
  Neuromuscular Therapy: In this session, Paulina employs muscle release techniques & stretching for deep body work.
  She also deals with specific area or condition of entrapment. This technique includes trigger point, mayofascial release, cross fiber friction, ischemic compression mobilisation and appropriate stretching. Just some of the conditons that are included ie; carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff syndrome, back & neck pain, & piriformis syndrome.
