Maternaty Reflexology - I have just completed a update course in Maternaty Reflexology. This treatment is designed to aid in preconception, term of pregnancy, birthing and postnatal. A real treat for when you are feeling down.
Lymphatic Drainage - Relaxing massage that will help reduce swelling caused by fluid retention. This massage can be tailored to your requirements to help your body move out of your system any toxins that may have built up over time or after physical excertion, sprains or surgery.
Myofacial Release - Treating the fascia of the muscle in a gentle manner allowing your body to release blocked energy, myofascial pain and dysfunction syndromes.
Trigger Point - Releasing those tight spots found anywhere in the skeletal muscle, which could be causing you continuous pain. These spots may occur in the skin, tendons, fascia periosteum and scar tissue.
Reiki - Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master.
Polarity- Balancing the energy flow within your body which improves your health, well-being and mind. You will notice the gentle changes with every treatment.
Hot Rock Massage & Spa Treatment - Enjoy the experience of the deep heat & therapeutic massage as your aches & pains melt away. - Hot Rock Spa Massage duration is 11/2 hrs or Remedial Hot Rock treatment 1hour.
