Pauline has a gift for healing and teaching, with over 30 years of experience. She can help you to improve your health and wellbeing through individual healing sessions, readings and counselling. Pauline has devoted most of her life to developing and sharing her natural gifts of healing and spiritual guidance.

Pauline's wealth of experience, practical 'down to earth' approach and warm sense of humour has enabled her to assist many people with life direction and healing and to conduct many highly successful workshops and seminars. These have empowered thousands of people to improve and enhance their lives.

What is Angelic Reiki?

Angelic Reiki is a higher vibration in keeping with the changing vibration of Earth and is channelled from the Angelic Kingdom through Lightworkers. These Lightworkers have been trained to carry the energy of the Divine Mind and have been attuned to the Reiki symbols. This facilitates a channel/bridge to bring the healing method to people. Generally those treated will see that illness and suffering cannot exist when joy is in the heart.

It is the absolute joy of working hand in hand with the Angelic Kingdom of Light to bring one of the highest forms of healing to individuals, groups and the planet. Angels are beings who exist outside the different dimensions as we know them. Through their guidance, and the healing art of Angelic Reiki, we can positively influence the creative energy systems of any individual or group, according to Divine Will. This could be on a physical, emotional or mental level.

At this momentous time in the history of Humanity and the Earth, issues are surfacing to be cleared that have their roots deep in the past. We carry the imprints of these at cellular level and they are often worked out through many incarnations. These issues are available to be cleared now, through the ability of the Angels to transcend time and space as we know it.

What is the Quantum BioEnergetic Balancing Technique™?

Quantum BioEnergetics addresses the use of readily available frequencies, transferred via the human energy anatomy for the purpose of aiding healing.

This process of healing, the Quantum BioEnergetic balancing technique™ is a non-intrusive form of healing whereby a body is immersed within quantum based frequencies, and is then able to instigate and facilitate an appropriate healing for itself. These frequencies, readily available to all of us, are initiated during your healing session, and continue to work long after your session is completed, for however long your body requires . What is the Lifeline Technique™?

The Lifeline Technique™ finds the subconscious emotional patterns of reaction and limiting beliefs that are inhibiting you from living your life with optimal health, wealth, joy, happiness and success. This technique is content free, meaning the client does not need to share any specific details about the stressful or painful experience associated with any traumas or what is going on in your life. The Lifeline Technique™ uses observation, intention and muscle testing to bridge the gap between the conscious and the subconscious mind, finding the subconscious emotional patterns of reactions at their root cause regardless if it occurred in this life or a past life. It will powerfully, yet gently, remove layer after layer of Limiting Beliefs and negative subconscious emotions that are keeping you stuck in a cycle of pain in the body or the relationships in your life, allowing you to thrive and live the life you were meant to live with passion and intention.

What is Bowen Therapy?

Bowen Therapy is a holistic and multidimensional approach to pain relief and healing that has achieved remarkable results over the past 50 years. It is based on the recognition by Tom Bowen, its originator, who lived and practiced in Geelong, Victoria, that the underlying cause or source of many musculoskeletal, neurological, neuromuscular and other health or pain problems could be found in the soft tissue or fascia. Fascia is a specific type of connective tissue that forms a three dimensional web surrounding every tissue in the body. Fascia is the body organiser embracing all nerves, bones, arteries, veins and muscles. Therefore fascial dysfunction can affect every structure, muscle, nerve and organ in the body. Fascia has become the subject of increasing research and recent studies have shown it to be the largest sensory organ in the body. It is rich in a range of receptors that powerfully influence the body's neuro-muscular physiology in many and complex ways as can be seen in the Bowen Studies section. Bowen Therapy, through specific soft tissue or fascial release and integration techniques, stimulate specific receptors that enable the body itself to correct dysfunctions and restore homeostasis (balance) on a holistic level. Through treating the cause rather than the symptoms Bowen Therapy has consistently shown it can have profound and permanent healing and pain relief outcomes. This relief is experienced by many people who present with a wide range of painful conditions, even where other modalities or treatments have resulted in transient or little improvement. Importantly, Bowen Therapy, being holistic, does not rely on a detailed diagnosis of the problem and its origins, which is often costly and indeterminate.

What is Remedial massage?

Remedial massage is massage designed to correct or improve muscular or skeletal problems. When muscles become knotted and tense, and joints become restricted and uncomfortable to move, remedial massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, shallow or deep, depending on your individual needs. The massage therapist’s hands are his most important tool through which he not only treats the patient but also detects underlying problems. By soothing away the physically stored tension in the soft tissues of the body - the muscles, and connective tissue, the body is also supported in its own healing response. This includes the stimulation and freeing up of the blood and nerve supply to previously restricted areas. This supports the body’s removal of any build up of unwanted toxins, and regeneration of healthy cells. Remedial massage helps restore correct geometry and mobility of the skeletal structure, and reduces aches and pains from muscles and joints.

What is Relaxation Massage?

Relaxation massage is massage designed to deregulate the stress response, and switch into a more peaceful state which allows the body to relax, revive and recover. Stress can be a major factor in the development of dysfunction and disease in the body. Our often fast paced lifestyles allow the body little time to repair recuperate. Studies show relaxation massage decreases stress hormones, such as adrenalin and cortisol. It also helps flush metabolic wastes and promotes the release of happy hormones, like endorphins. Relaxation massage helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression. It helps relieve general muscle tension, increase circulation, as well as stimulate the immune and lymphatic systems to improve your health and wellbeing.
