1. Individual Sessions:
I can help you to achieve the very best you can. I will teach you to train yourself. I will design and implement a unique exercise program to cater for the specific goals you want to reach. Once you are aware of the training process you can take charge of your body. Plus, the individual maintenance and monitoring become essential tools in the process of making you feel, look, act, and think better. To get the best results the 1-on-1 personal training approach is the best. The individual monitoring, encouragement, motivation, and on the spot technique adjustment adds to a through and effective workout which will achieve the desired results in a realistic time frame.
2. Buddy Training Sessions:
That special some one in your life, or a life long friend, or even a new acquaintance from work can be a good motivator to get you up and active. Buddy training can be a more money friendly approach to your health and fitness needs. While the same level of monitoring and program re evaluation is maintained the cost of each session is reduced.
3. Fitness at the Park (FAT - Park Training)
Group sessions are a more cost-effective way to address those health and fitness needs. Groups with similar fitness goals will benefit greatly from this form of training the activities are varied and help to maintain motivation . While focusing on C/V & C/R fitness we can also incorporate resistance circuits and flexibility training. The cost is significantly reduced to each participant.

4. Relaxation and Therapeutic Massage:
To enhance the exercising effect and complete that sense of wellbeing, a relaxation portion should be considered in the training cycle. I can offer both specific muscular massages in the form of remedial massage for specific muscular soreness or stiffness. Also a non-specific relaxation massage for an "overall feel good and relax" sensation.. Just the thing to wind down after a hard day at work.
