Good nutrition is vital for healthy living. Carmen Bouchier is an Accredited Practising Dietitian specializing in food and nutrition. She can help promote good health through correct eating and by developing individualized meal plans to accomodate the daily challenges that people are often faced with. Carmen commenced practising in Dietetics in 1999 and her qualifications include a BSc. Dietetics, PGDip Dietetics. She also has a background in Fitness and has 10 years experience as an aerobics and fitness instructor.
