Kristina offers you her services knowing that her work is at the cutting edge of Energy Medicine.
Kristina studied to be a Naturopath at Nature Care in Sydney in the early 80's. She opened Cremorne Naturopathic Centre in Sydney with her partner in 1985 and it rapidly grew into a successful practice and to this day still exists.
In January 1990 Kristina, her partner and young family moved to Perth to be closer to her family. She spent her time assisting the running of two Naturopathic clinics and raising her energetic young daughters.
In 1998 she opened her own private practice seeing clients from her clinic in Mosman Park focusing on Massage,Nutrition and Natural Health. Forever questioning physical and emotional illness, Kristina continued her healing journey with Mind/Body Psychotherapy and Energy Healing during '98 and '99. In August 2000 began a 4 year Diploma in Mind/Body Psychotherapy to under the guidance and tuition of the late Dr John Pierrakos and other world reknowned International Teachers.
Kristina enjoys helping her clients on every level of Health and Wellbeing and incorporates 30 years of experience as a Natural Therapist and Counsellor. Her practice is in the Northern Suburbs of Perth and caters for clients from all over Perth as well as Karratha, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin, Singapore and various other corners of the world.

Counselling

Breathwork
Breathwork is an ancient art of flooding the body with oxygen and allowing the client to purely focus on the breath. When used in a session the client can access past memories from a grounded place and be guided to work on the presenting issue.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient gentle hands on Healing Therapy. When the life force energy is in perfect balance in the body we experience total harmony emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. When we are in balance we truly get what life is about, can make decisions and are more in tune with the ebb and flow of life.
Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a profound way to balance the Chakra System in the body. The Chakras are energy centres within the subtle body, which are energetically connected to the nerve plexus and endocrine glands in the physical body. This process promotes Wellbeing and readjusts the subtle body to allow complete balance. This therapy is particularly wonderful during pregnancy as it is helps with relaxation and the changes that occur in the body.

Kristina has given Birth has two daughters one born in Hospital and one as a Home Birth. She understands the Pregnancy and Birthing process on a Spiritual, Physical and Holistic Level. Healings during this important time allows you to totally relax and be at one with your baby.
