I have been practicing personal meditation and hypnosis for over twenty years. Professionally, I have been a counsellor, hypnotherapist and energy healer for over ten years.
I believe that I combine over 50 years of life experiences with common sense and recognised skills to assist and guide you through life's challenges. A gentle, effective and positive approach to change.
Over the years I have widened my private practice experience by working with Lifeline, Relationships Australia, Cancer Counselling Professionals, and SIDS and Kids. I am now one of the few counsellors who have been given Work Cover provider status.

Counselling
Counselling is a process that enables a person to sort out issues and reach decisions affecting their life. Often, counselling is sought out at times of change or crisis. It need not be so, however, as counselling can also help us at any time of our life.
It is a journey of discovery. It can be a fascinating, life long journey to find our meaning and purpose. Counselling can be a focus point for this growth, enabling growth to take place outside of the session for a long period of time.

Hypnotherapy
Let’s give this part – our subconscious mind – clear directions and goals to enable it to work for us; to allow us to be the best we can be.
This can be achieved using hypnosis, or hypnotherapy. A simple and relaxing process where our conscious ‘guarding’ and ‘judgmental’ mind is allowed to rest; our physical body is also relaxed, and your message / goal is placed your very powerful, sub conscious mind, working behind the scenes for your better health and goals.

Psychophysical Healing
Another gentle way of allowing our own body to heal itself.
Psychophysical therapy works on the bio-energetic field of the body. Treatment covers four general areas:
Removing blocks due to accident or surgical shock, restoring vitality and promoting healing of the body and mind; Building up and opening channels which have been blocked since early childhood so that these channels can contain a full charge of energy; Release of emotional blockages caused by past traumatic events without having to relive them; Maintenance of good health by cleaning and balancing the bio-energy of the person so that maximum well being is encouraged.

I am located at Medowie, around 40 minutes from most parts of Newcastle, Maitland, Dungog and around 30 minutes from Nelson Bay. Servicing the Lower Hunter. Medowie means 'tall trees', and this is our setting, natural, in a semi rural village. Parking is free of charge, guaranteed, unlimited, and right at the front door! Enquiries welcome.
Yes, there is a fence with a dog on this side of it, but Molly is very friendly and will give you a warm welcome (Spoilt rotten!)
