Pilates Insync is a boutique studio offering an innovative exercise program that will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Our programs will leave you with a feeling of mental and physical wellbeing.
Our Custom Designed Pilates Studio at Menai Metro offers training using pilates equipment such as:

Pilates Insync offers a range of group classes and individual programs catering for beginners to elite athletes.
Quality instruction is critical to achieving results through Pilates. Our instructors have all completed comprehensive certifications in the Pilates Method and are actively involved in continuing education programs both in Australia and overseas.
Pilates is not only great for overall strengthening of the body, but ideal for specific rehabilitation of injuries and conditions. It can also help invigorate and energise the body through breathing and focus that stimulates circulation and mental clarity.

Getting Started
If you are new to Pilates we recommend that your first session be in a Mat-Essentials (Beginner) class, or for more personalised attention, book the Introductory Package.
The Introductory Package includes a Fitness Screening & Postural Assessment plus 2 private sessions. You will be introduced to the principles of the Pilates forming an awareness of your own body's strengths and weaknesses.
You then have the option to either continue with private or semi-private sessions or join a variety of Group classes. We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are new to Pilates.

Class Description
| Mat - Essentials | Beginner Level-designed for beginners to introduce and develop an understanding of the basic Pilates Principles. | | Mat - Open | A variety of mat techniques using INSYNC kits. May also include small apparatus usage such as foam rollers, magic circles, Pilates arcs. This class is aimed at intermediate and advanced levels. | | Allegro - Reformer | Pilates Allegro Reformers give you a unique full body conditioning workout using springs as resistance. Suitable for all levels. | | Mind/Body | A mix of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates. Improves joint flexibility, increases core strength and challenges balance. Provides a lasting sense of well - being. Classes end with a relaxation and meditation component. |

Principal Instructor - Helen Stamatakos
Helen has had over 7 years experience in the Pilates industry. In addiiton she has 15 years experience as a high school teacher in the areas of Dance, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education as well as Technological and Applied Studies.
