Entrust your body to a highly qualified Pilates and Yoga Instructor in movement assessment, prescription and supervision.
Classes are based on traditional exercises and adapted in line with current research to become suitable and beneficial for everyone including those rehabilitating from injuries and chronic conditions.
In addition to progressive matwork classes individual assessments and specialised programs are designed on equipment or mats for home practice.
Attention is 1-to-1 or in small groups of a maximum of 4 clients in the studio and 8 clients in matwork to ensure you complete all exercises correctly and achieve your goals.
Reassessment and reprograming is conducted at regular intervals to ensure your continued progression.
Home visits, corporate classes and outdoor training available.
Sessions qualify for rebates from Private Health Funds.
Convenient location from the city by bus.
Physiomoves director
Physiotherapist with 16 yrs experience working with a wide range of conditions.
Specialises in exercise based rehab for clients with chronic pain, postural pain and pre/post natal conditioning.
Programs for weight loss, combining cardiovascular and muscular toning exercise prescription.
Practiced competitive sport including gymnastics, tennis and long-distance running.
Practiced the Pilates Method intensely for 11 yrs finding great relief from a chronic spinal condition and achieving many personal goals including completion of a marathon.
Qualified Pilates Instructor 2001. Graduate of Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice.
Practiced various forms of Yoga for the last 14 yrs.
Graduated from Yoga Arts Level 1 teacher training 2006.
Teaching Pilates Method intensively over last 10 yrs with excellent feedback from clients and demand for more classes and private tuition.
Combines Physiotherapy knowledge with understanding and passion for Yoga when teaching Yoga based classes for specific populations.

All sessions run for 55 minutes and qualify for health fund rebates.
Payment is required in advance by cash, cheque or direct deposit.
Pre-paid packages allow reservation of a particular session and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required or full fee is charged.
Matwork prepaid 10 week course is for 10 consecutive weeks only.
Please call or email to book your initial consultation assessment prior to booking studio or matwork classes if injury or pain is present, so the class can be adapted to meet your needs.
