About Us

The Pilates School of WA- Karrinyup is a dedicated specialist Pilates studio. We have a beautifully presented studio and a dynamic team of professionally trained instructors, delivering the highest standard of Pilates tuition available.

The Pilates exercises are generic by nature. We have , however, designed a unique teaching programme that enables you to develop your skill in a progressive and safe way. We offer a great variety of classes and courses so we can meet the varying needs of our students, and endeavour to keep your training fresh and interesting.

Beginner Programmes

Beginners courses start regularly where you learn the essential theory and correct application of the Pilates technique, this ensures that participants practice correctly and efficiently to guarantee results. On completion of the Beginners course a range of varied classes are available to continually challenge your fitness as strength, stamina and flexibility improves. Regular classes including fit-ball, ballet-fit and Intermediate level classes available daily.
