Welcome to Pilates with Hart - Hillarys
Pilates is a form of exercise that provides an all over body workout focusing on the small muscle groups in the body. It not only helps to restore the natural curve of the spine, but also improves your overall muscle tone and strength without the effects of bulking. It heightens your body awareness which in turn streamlines your shape, increases flexibility, developing stamina and endurance at the same time.
It is important when taking part in a Pilates class that your session is based on the traditional Pilates method with a fully qualified instructor. Pilates with Hart endeavours to maintain high levels of service excellence with integrity and credibility.
All instructors have gained extensive training and qualifications through art of motion training in movement as well as the Pilates instructor Allianz Australia.
