About Mari-shell

Mari-shell holds a qualification in Counselling, further studying in Master of Counselling. She has been trained in other ministry related areas and longstanding expertise in youth, child and family issues, and also has experience in relationship and individual counselling. Mari-shell brings to her vocation a wealth of experience, a high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing genuine support.

Mari-shell has a special interest and provide counselling for Blended Families and is also an Accredited Triple P Provider (Positive Parenting) for Primary & Group running this workshop on a regular basis, either one to one or in a group situation. Experience

With over 7 years experience counselling in different contexts, Mari-shell has worked with people of all ages affected by past traumas and hurts, including sexual abuse, grief and loss, various and wide range of issues affecting children and young people. She also has experience in counselling and working effectively in collaboration with parents about family issues and with blended families.

Orientation

My aim is to provide caring and professional Counselling so that you gain insight into yourself and your situation and perhaps even a new direction. My philosophy is to empower YOU (the client) to make informed, responsible choices to encourage personal growth.
