MORA®Therapy
Developed in Germany, MORA Therapy is a highly sophisticated therapeutic device, treating the organism as a whole and addressing energetic disruption.

When we have stagnation, blockage or inflammation in our energy system, over a period of time something functionally will start to deteriorate a organ or system.

Massage Therapy
Massage is one of the oldest healing traditions.

Massage not only has benefits to treat specific ailments but also great benefits of deep relaxation and calmness. Massage promotes the release of endorphins, and serotonin (the happy drug), the brain chemicals that produce the feeling of wellbeing.

Massage stimulates the immune system by increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Massage increases circulation and therefore improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to all body cells.
It also makes you feel great!

Cupping – Traditional and Remedial
Using heat with a special glass cup. The cup is applied to the body producing a suction effect on the skin. Cupping improves blood circulation to treated areas, relaxing and releasing muscle tissue in a stretching way rather than compression and clearing pathogenic and internal imbalances (damp or cold).

Remedial Cupping is a great myofascial release for tight muscles, scar tissue and old injuries. A sliding technique with oil is used with rubber bell cups.

Bowen Therapy
Sets of moves are performed for specific problems or just an overall body balance, these moves trigger the body’s own healing resources. Bowen is great for many problems, and is a great treatment for children. It is very relaxing but has a deep lasting healing effect.

Australian Bush Flower Essence
Australian Bush Flower Essence work with the higher self and assist in clearing blocks that stop the individual from reaching not only there true potential, but help them diffuse any negative emotional thought patterns or imprints in the unconscious and conscious mind.

I use the Australian Bush Flower Essence in my practice, especially in combination with MORA®Therapy.

The bush flower essence assists with the process of physical and emotional healing.

Ear Candling
The ear candling technique involves the use of a hollow candle made from unbleached cotton and natural bees wax. One end is placed at the ear canal and the other end is lit. The gentle heat that is generated melts the wax and at the same time the process creates a vacuum which draws the melted ear wax up into the candle creating deep cleansing.

During the procedure of the ear candling a massage is given on the face during and after the treatment to assist with sinus drainage.

The ear candles used are handmade locally.
