Reflexology, a powerful, yet gentle way to relax and improve your health.
Reflexology is a non invasive therapy that simply involves removing your footwear, lying on a massage table or chair and relaxing.
Working through the reflex points on the feet (& hands) that correspond to all different parts of the body, Samantha will help to reduce stress & tension, induce relaxation, improve circulation, help to cleanse the body of toxins & help balance all body systems. Prompting a return to good health.
From birth through to old age, Reflexology can help promote relaxation and a return to better health at any age or stage of life. It can help reduce the symptoms of many different conditions. For example: Arthritis, asthma, bowel conditions, hormone imbalances, infertility, menstrual complaints, sleeping problems. Reflexology is also a wonderfully relaxing therapy during pregnancy & postnatally. Even if you have had an uneventful labour, your whole body will appreciate balancing back to a non-pregnant state.

Widely respected within the Reflexology community, Samantha has for many years been an active committee member on both State and National committees of the RAoA. She has served as State Treasurer a number of times, been a state delegate representing Victoria and was an inaugural National Director when the RAoA became a National body in the early 2000’s. She has previously organised the National conference of the RAoA and is currently Victorian Branch Chair.
Samantha is also very active in the local Bentleigh area- being on a number of sub committees of the Bentleigh Traders Association as well as serving on the general committee.
Samantha has attended many post graduate seminars in Reflexology and is continually studying to expand her knowledge & skills. She has also previously taught at the Australian School of Reflexology & Relaxation- the school where Samantha first exposed to the wonders of Reflexology as a healing profession.
Having graduated in 1999, Samantha has been working as a Reflexologist on a full time basis since 2000 and has been working at vitalessence for the last eight years and has built up an established practice in the local area. She is also maintaining her interest in the care of the elderly by regularly attending an aged care hostel on a weekly basis where she been working for the past five years.
