Some of the common treatment approaches used are:
Cranial Osteopathy is a gentle and subtle but extremely effective form of osteopathic treatment. it promotes the release of stresses and tensions throughout the all body. cranial osteopathy can be use for a wide range of conditions and can be applied to every part of the body. this technique is very effective in treating adults, children and babies.
Structural Osteopathy focuses on restoring free, normal range of movement and can be applied to all muscle skeletal system, from head to toes. these techniques involve (ei. Myofacial Release, Joints manipulation and Muscle Energy).
Visceral Osteopathy uses techniques to reduce tensions in the major internal organs in the abdomen, pelvic and chest to improve their functions. organs dysfunction not only causes pain in the region of origin, but referred pain can be felt elsewhere is the body (ei. Gallbladder irritation can referred pain to the right upper shoulder).

My name is Valerie Johnston-Dugamin and I discovered Osteopathy 15 years ago after being treated (for the first time) while living in France . After moving to Australia I undertook Osteopathic studies for a period of 5 years at the University of Western Sydney (UWS), graduating with a Masters of Osteopathy in 2009.
I enjoy treating all patients from children to adults with a wide variety of conditions, ranging from mild to severe pain. I also understand every person is unique, this means my approach will be adapted to meet the specific needs of your individual condition.
