We offer a unique combination of Physiotherapy and functional training. Functional Pilates is a totally different approach from the recreational form because it is medically evidence-based. It aims to get your core muscles to function correctly in everyday life; driving, sitting at a computer, bending down and so on as well as supercharging your exercise routine. - The classes are small in number, only 10 clients maximum to provide close supervision

About Sally
Bsc Hons Physiotherapy/ Clinical Pilates Instructor/ Health & Lifestyle coach/ Corrective exercise coach & personal trainer
Sally Harrison was born and educated in the U.K. She worked as a professional dancer for many years before retiring due to a knee injury. It was at this time that she moved into Physiotherapy and discovered her love for Pilates and rehabilitative exercise. Sally has been teaching clinical Pilates since 2003 and remains passionate about the great benefits that can be gained from this form of corrective exercise.
Sally still currently works part-time as a Physiotherapist in North Sydney in private practice and also sees clients one-on-one for personal training and corrective exercise, helping people to increase their fitness, lose weight and regain their mobility, independence and self-confidence.
