Hi, my name is Pat Rae and I'm the owner of Pat Rae Personal Training here in Springwood. My 4 trainers and I have quite a busy little PT studio going and I need your help.
You see, as the only qualified Massage Therapist amongst us, I'm getting too busy now to offer personal training and massage and run the business as well.
So, I'm looking to rent out my massage treatment room to an already qualified Remedial Massage Therapist 1-5 days per week. Our clients love deep tissue and the occasional relaxation massage.
I'd offer you:
A dedicated massage treatment room fully equiped with table, towels, access to a reception & booking system, EFTPOS terminal and till, as well as access to the PT businesses already extensive database and mailing list.
You would be able to offer your services to our clients as well as generate your own clients.
I'd also offer you a rent free period followed by sliding scale upwards to a full rent.
In exchange you get an opportunity to build up a successful little massage business in my studio with the opportunity to grow the massage business into our other planned studio expansion.
