Telephone & Internet therapy
For people who are unable to attend appointments in person we offer consultations either over the phone, or using web-based videoconferencing. This service is available to people who are unable to access face-to-face therapy.
Professional Supervision
Valentina has completed the STAP program and is accredited to provide clinical supervision to Psychologists. Valentina has been providing supervision to a Clinical Masters students at the Bond University. If you are interested in obtaining supervision as part of your registration requirements or for professional development purposes contact us to obtain more information.

Fees and Rebates
Medicare Rebates
A doctor’s referral is not necessary to see a psychologist but Medicare rebates are available for clients referred by a GP or Psychiatrist.
Clients who are referred by a GP or Psychiatrist under a Mental Health Care Plan and have a current Health Care or Pension Card will be bulk billed. You must bring your Mental Health Care Plan and your Medicare Card.
For those who do not meet the above criteria, you are considered a private patient. You will need to pay for the appointment on the day and claim back from Medicare $119.80. An individual counselling appointment generally lasts for one hour and consultations are charged at $150 per hour.
Letters and Reports
All letters and reports for third parties, such as workplaces, universities, other educational institutions, or lawyers, will incur a fee, dependent on the detail, and time required.
Payment Methods
Payment is required at time of service. We accept cash, EFPOST and credit card payments.
For appointments to be covered by a third party such as WorkCover, insurance claims, or rehabilitation programs, referral details must be provided when booking the appointment.
