About Us
Hi, my name is Kristy James and welcome to "Pump It" Personal Training!
I started up Pump It Personal Training in 2007 to help service, what I felt was a large gap in the fitness market in North-West Sydney.
Since starting my work in the fitness industry in 2003, I noticed there was a significant lack of personalised fitness programs, with most trainers and gyms providing a homogenous service which neither suited the needs nor help the client achieve their goals.
At Pump It Personal Training, we will not only work with the client to help them look and feel better about themselves, but also to help them achieve their own fitness goals, they be short and long term personal or fitness related goals.
More about me
I have over three years experience working in a gym environment, and have taken on a wide range of different clients helping me to develop an understanding of the different requirements each person has when it comes to training.
I have a love for all things sport and recreational activities, so I bring a genuine enthusiasm to my work, something many other trainers can’t bring. I love my work and the fact that I am making a difference in peoples lives for the better - its rewarding for myself and my clients.
