Yoga in Mount Waverley focuses on teaching classes in small groups in a warm and friendly environment.
Lessons are taught in a small class (maximum 4) whereby individual attention is provided. Your Yoga lesson will be tailored to suit your age, flexibility and skill level, while taking into account any injuries or issues in the body.

Classes
Small Group Classes
Yoga classes are conducted in small groups of no more than 4 at a time. Smaller groups allow for more individual attention as well as enabling Puneeta to align exercises to their specific needs.
Lessons are only conducted in small groups (max 4).
Mobile Yoga
Yoga classes can be conducted in the comfort of your home or office based on your requirement.
Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga for Mums-to-be provides a deeply effective exercise system for the months of pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. It is completely unstrenuous and can provide the key to a relaxed and enjoyable pregnancy, activating the energy that empowers to give birth to a new life.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are held on a one-to-one basis for a duration of 45 minutes. Each class comprises of postures, breathing and relaxation appropriate to the participant’s stage of pregnancy.
About the Instructor
The Yoga teacher, Puneeta Chauhan, is a warm, knowledgeable and compassionate authentic Reiki Healer and Yoga Instructor with more than 12 years of teaching experience in Singapore, London and Melbourne. QUALIFICATION DETAILS
