Zoe has almost 15 years of dedicated experience in natural therapies. Her distinct combination of Eastern and Western holistic bodywork and energy balancing techniques, successfully combines her broad knowledge of a number of modalities including kinesiology, nutrition, massage, acupressure, feng shui, flower essences and more.
Zoe always aims to perform miracles in her work and devotes each and every session to changing peoples lives for the best possible outcome.
Essentially the body is an eco system and needs continual maintenance to achieve balance and optimal well being. Continually intrigued by the body's own healing powers, Zoe tries to encourage this wherever possible. She draws inspiration from Naturopathic and Chinese Medicine principles including acupressure, balanced nutrition, exercise and practical relaxation techniques.

Kinesiology
What is Kinesiology?
We are a manifestation of many contributing factors that may have affected us adversely. Kinesiology combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess energy and body function. The process of kinesiology allows you to uncover and confront issues that are negatively affecting you whilst transcending the fear, stress or judgement that may be associated with those issues.
Kinesiology is an excellent modality for clarifying present and past traumatic issues, self-sabbotage, phobias and habits that may continue to block our flow of energy.
Symptoms of blockages could be anything from insomnia, body aches and pains, restricted movement, uncontrollable emotions, and bad habits. Blockages can also present as feeling confused, fera of making decisions, or having unsatisfactory relationships. Kinesiology is also great for thought patterns and behavior that we know to be ridiculous, but we don't know why we keep doing it.
Its effects are best utilised when the patient is willing to confront themselves and take responsibility for the part they play in their own lives. This may sound quite scary for some people, and yes it can be, however the rewards and benefits of change are infinite!
Feng Shui
Often, when our physical bodies are suffering, or we are having difficulty managing our thoughts or emotions, it is actually a reflection of the state of the spaces we live in, namely home and work.
The ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui is a wonderfully thorough and concise way to assess all aspects of our lives and then live according to the intentions we set for ourselves. The 9 areas covered are Wealth/ Health/ Relationships/ Family/ Recognition/ Spirit/ Career/ Help and Travel.
By organizing your life and living space to best activate the positive Feng Shui, nothing is left out, every area of your life is able to receive equal attention.
A Feng Shui Life Mapping session helps you assess and organize your goals and blind spots, and find out what qualities you require to truly activate all aspects of your life.
A Feng Shui House or Office Consultation involves identifying possible weak spots in and around the building and suggesting solutions to remedy the situation. This is definitely worth looking at if there are chronic conditions of illness, unhappiness or instability.

To ensure appointment availability, I suggest scheduling a regular series of appointments.
Fees:
~ Casual visit: 1 hour - $100 / 90 minutes - $140 / 2 hours - $180
Feng Shui Home or Office consultations:
~ $140 per hour including travel fee, depending on location.
~ Vibrational Essences: 25ml individually suited blend $15
~ Vibrational Essence Room and Personal Mists $20

Cancellation/Late Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you! In order to best serve all my clients, and for clients to be fair to each other the following policy is effective once you schedule your appointment:
- “If I need to cancel your appointment, I will give you 24 hours notice plus treat you for free on your next visit.
If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show for a scheduled appointment, you will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as someone else could have come in your place.”
- Clients who repeatedly cancel may be asked to pay for appointments in advance.
- If you are late to your appointment, the end time of the session will still be honoured to keep other clients from being inconvenienced, full session payment will be charged.
- Please call me, or leave a voicemail message if you need to cancel or are running late.
I appreciate your understanding of these policies: please help me run a successful practice by honouring our time commitments.
Sickness Policy - I recognize that both clients and myself are vulnerable to infections and therefore ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. If you have any of the following contagious illnesses, the massage session will be rescheduled:
