- Hot Stone Therapy: A unique therapy which involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
- Remedial Massage: Helpful in treating specific areas of muscle tension caused by stress or injury.
- Remedial & Hot Stone Fusion: A remedial massage which incorporates the use of hot stones on trigger points and areas of pain and inflammation.
- Swedish or Relaxation Massage: A relaxation massage that feels good, is relaxing and invigorating. Very effective for stress relief and some much needed time out.
- Aromatherapy Massage: As a holistic treatment, aromatherapy can have a profound effect on physical and psychological well-being. There exists the belief that scent, as the most enduring of our senses, has the power to transform our emotions, and heal our bodies.
- Pregnancy Massage: Side-lying massage to help relieve pain and tension during pregnancy.
- Wholistic Facials: This type of facial focuses on complete body wellness. So not only do we look at the condition of your skin, we consider what's going on inside the body and how this reflects on the outside. The beautiful and very natural Waterlily skin care range is used.
- Eye Contour Wrap: A specialised treatment for the eyes to reduce puffiness, increase circulation and promote cell regeneration. Treatment includes cleansing of the eyes, warm compress, foot massage focusing on eye reflexology points and chilled masque. Or add this treatment at the end of your massage treatment for 20 minutes.
- Pamper Packages: The ultimate in pampering beginning with a cup of tea and a warm foot bath to relax your senses. 90 minutes massage and facial or a 60 minute foot treatment are available and a lovely idea for a Gift Voucher.
